Sustainable Governance on the Intention of Medical Tourism in Uzbekistan

Medical tourism is a growing niche market with huge potential as the 6th industry of medical services, including an unforgettable trip. Due to these advantages, Uzbekistan hopes be leader in central Asia concerning tourism. Contrary this ambitious goal, patients still prefer going abroad for services. Therefore, order hub tourism, sustainable governance factors need found local overseas. Under research motivation, study evaluates how medical, and information sharing influence behavioral intention based on structural equation model (SEM) random sample 498 residents Uzbekistan. Perceived value are used mediating variable dependent variable, respectively. The main findings summarized follows. First, factor very important intention, high coefficient values 0.399 0.516, respectively, while not influential statistically. This implies that Uzbekistani do consider core condition, instead focusing service quality operation convenience foreign patients. Second, indirect model, we perceived takes fully role between it partially implying strong promotion policies required advantages enhanced access information.
